1Delivery areas and times
We deliver to Belgium, France, the Netherlands and Luxembourg. Orders confirmed before 2 pm on a working day are prepared the same day.
- Belgium: home delivery within 24 to 48 working hours.
- France, Netherlands, Luxembourg: delivery within 2 to 4 working days.
These times are indicative: they may be longer during the festive season or in case of carrier delays. We keep you informed by e-mail at every step.
2Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated automatically in the cart according to the destination and the weight of the parcel. They are shown before you confirm your order.
- Belgium: €6.95 — free from €100.
- France, Netherlands, Luxembourg: €12.95 — free from €200.
Heavy parcels (more than six bottles) may be subject to a specific rate, shown in the cart.
3Hand delivery
Do you live in the Charleroi area? Choose hand delivery when ordering: we arrange an appointment together, with no shipping costs. Proof of identity may be requested to verify age on delivery.
4Tracking your order
As soon as your order ships, you receive an e-mail with the carrier's tracking number. You can also follow the status of each order in your customer area.
5Receipt and breakage
Our bottles travel in reinforced boxes with dividers. We nevertheless invite you to check the condition of the parcel on receipt.
- If the parcel is visibly damaged, note your reservations with the courier or refuse it.
- Let us know within 48 hours of receipt, with photos of the parcel and the bottle.
- We will send you an identical bottle or refund you in full, as you prefer.
6Right of withdrawal
In accordance with the Belgian Code of Economic Law, you have 14 days from receipt to change your mind, without giving any reason.
- Bottles must be returned unopened, with capsule and seal intact, in their original packaging.
- Let us know by e-mail before returning anything: we will explain the procedure.
- Return costs are at your expense, except in the event of an error on our part or a defective product.
Personalised gift boxes and bottles engraved or labelled at your request cannot be returned.
7Refunds
Refunds are made to the payment method used for the order, no later than 14 days after we receive the return in our cellar. They include the price of the products and the initial delivery costs (standard rate).
